Job Description

The Director of Sales will create and implement sales plans, strategies, objectives and processes. This position will also meet with management on a weekly basis to present metrics and progress. Incentives for hitting monthly sales goals as well! This position requires a go-getter that will hustle to create our sales pipeline!

 

Tasks

  • Creating & implementing sales strategy
  • Administrative duties including monitoring sales performance, developing new sales tools and enhancing management skills.
  • Keep current on competitive products and situations within the industry.
  • Maintain communications with Bump Boxes management team. Assess progress of strategic plans and provide feedback from the field.
  • Actively manage and grow sales nationally.
  • Attend trade shows/conventions to gain sales leads and product feedback.
  • Recommend new marketing and product enhancements in an effort to increase sales and revenue growth. Collect and supply information to management that can provide better service and penetration into our market.
  • Represent the company when requested at professional meetings or industry functions.
  • Record and document business expenses on a regular basis required for company payment.
  • Perform other work related tasks as requested or required.

Essential Job Requirements

  • All employees must be able to relate well to customers and co-workers in an atmosphere of mutual respect and be able to respond appropriately to direction and feedback from a supervisor
  • Ability to work independently/self-motivated
  • Ability to travel over night
  • Fully utilizing the systems, tools, training and resources provided to maximize potential
  • Leadership
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Good decision making skills

Social Media Marketer/Copywriter

Bump Boxes – Peoria, IL

Bump Boxes is looking for an excited, motivated, outgoing, energetic, health conscious and positive individual with the desire to work for a fast-growing startup company! The position we are hiring for is a Social Media Marketer/Copywriter.

Job Description:

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Developing Bump Boxes’ online community, maintain Bump Boxes’ presence on various social media platforms, create and publish content that is relevant to our customer base, regular reporting/analysis on engagement across platforms

Tasks

  • Assist with content creation for all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Twitter)
  • Respond to customer’s comments and posts to build our community
  • Find ways to increase engagement across all platforms * Assist with and execute marketing and partnership campaigns
  • Outreach to bloggers & influencers to increase brand awareness
  • Analyze engagement statistics and make recommendations on content direction
  • Create relevant motherhood/pregnancy related content for our blog
  • Coordinate and create content for promotional campaigns/marketing material
  • Develop email content & marketing campaigns

Essential Job Requirements

  • Regular attendance and punctuality

  • Expertise in Hootsuite & Mailchimp is a plus!
