Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who will drive the optimization and performance of our paid marketing channels. In this role, you will develop, implement and optimize the performance of our paid search, shopping, retargeting, and social channels.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree preferred.
  • Two (2) + years of experience in the consumer-facing e-commerce space.
  • Two (2) + years of experience with A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Two (2) + years of hands on experience with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, or WooCommerce.
  • Data-driven with strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills and proven experience using data to build reports, analyze performance to drive business recommendations.
  • Solid understanding of basic UX principles.
  • Experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO), PPC, CMS, Social Media, Email marketing.
  • Prior experience with Google AdWords, Bing, Yahoo, Facebook, Pinterest, Snap, YouTube, Radio and Amazon ad platforms
  • Advanced understanding and use of Google Webmaster Tools, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Google Tag Manager, and Google Optimize. Must possess the ability to extract useful insights that impact the business

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Managing day-to-day operations of the key systems and related processes that underpin Bump Boxes e-commerce environment.
  • Perform daily account management and of pay per click accounts on Google AdWords, Yahoo, Bing and other search platforms for a variety of clients.
  • Conduct A/B tests, user studies, and market research to identify new functionality, guide product decisions, and improve conversion statistics.
  • Monitor and report performance against KPI objectives and make recommendations to drive improvements.
  • Responsible for leading the execution of e-commerce content initiatives; sourcing landing page designs, QA on developer work, site copy, etc.
  • Utilize online merchandising tools to build & refine product hierarchy/taxonomy and site navigation.
  • Oversee the setup, maintenance, QA, training, and growth of the e-commerce administration portal and online storefronts to ensure appropriate functionality, reliability, data integrity, and stability.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Development, Marketing, Client Services, IT, and Analytics teams to drive feature development from start to finish and create best-in-class online shopping experience.
  • Partner with Product Team on the management of 3rd party e-commerce channels such as Amazon or other Online Affiliate Programs.
  • Partner with Marketing and Product Teams to ensure ideal end-to-end performance of shop processes, development and execution of new products and product promotions.
  • Manage relationships with third-party partners and drive shared projects to completion.
  • Drive best practices on site by staying up to date on industry trends and proposing online feature improvements and enhancements.
  • Increase revenue by driving sales through product knowledge, promotions, recurring orders, and various sales opportunities.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products and programs.

Database Developer (SQL, MongoDB, Node, WooCommerce)
1 – 2 Month Contract

Be a part of the Bump Boxes tech team, as we transfer from WordPress to our new eCommerce site. At Bump Boxes, we are passionate about our mission: making Mom’s life easier. We work hard to offer unparalleled customer service and amazing products for pregnancy and beyond. We take care of each other and foster an environment of encouraged professional development, creative thinking and growth.

Bump Boxes is looking for a 1 – 2 month contractor to help us migrate our existing SQL database in WooCommerce to our newly developed eCommerce platform with a MongoDB database. This is a part time job that can be done remotely. We are looking for someone positive and self-motivated with the desire to be part of a team building something big in the early stages.

This contractor will be responsible for the migration of existing Bump Boxes customers to our new MongoDB database, and will work with our development team to make it happen. This role includes creating whatever scripts are required for the migration, thoughtfully planning, the implementation, and thoroughly testing along the way to ensure a full proof strategy. As part of the development team, this individual must be able to work well with other developers, explain their thought process, and will take ownership of this very key part of our platform transition.

Required Skills

  • At least 2 years of SQL experience
  • Experience with MongoDB
  • Highly proficient at writing efficient queries, views, indexes, stored procedures and functions within SQL Server
  • Experienced at modifying existing databases and database management systems
  • Extensive Data Architecture experience
  • Strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practices

Preferred Additional Skills

  • BS/BA Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other technical fields encouraged but not required
  • Experience with WordPress and/or WooCommerce
  • Experience with Node

The Sales Development Specialist will be play a key role in our marketing and sales efforts through the development of qualified leads that results in more proposals and overall sales for the companies and having fun while doing it. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, be high-energy, self-disciplined, and self-motivated to work in an environment where higher standards of performance are expected and achieved. Prior experience in B2B sales a plus!

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Contact leads to set up appointments for Senior Account Executive
  • Conduct account-based research to personalize outreach
  • Collaborate with and leverage teammates to develop additional call and email strategies, and messaging to overcome objections and drive new opportunities
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Bump Boxes’ core products
  • Be a brand ambassador by communicating clearly and confidently about Bump Boxes
  • Utilize Zoho to identify potential opportunities, manage daily interactions and conversations, and track progress through sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to communicate prospect needs and challenges in preparation for first meeting; provide support as needed throughout sales cycle
  • Provide feedback on quality of contacts, prospect needs, industry trends to help shape campaign messaging and future company offerings
  • Conduct research on prospective customer by using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other research tools
  • Coordinate and set lead follow up protocols with Senior Account Executive and CEO

Essential Job Requirements

This internship position is a great opportunity for anyone that is interested in gaining hands on copywriting experience across multiple platforms with a fast-growing company! You will work closely with our marketing department, gaining exposure to multiple facets of digital marketing!

Requirements:
